It is overwhelming at times to know what to eat and what not to eat. There is so much written about nutrition these days, and not all of it is factual. I’m here to help you navigate through the ever-altering world of nutrition and find the right way for you and your family, using scientific evidence, and taking into account your lifestyle, budget and family situation. I don’t prescribe a diet, but a holistic approach to health and nutrition

Initial consultation (1– 1 1/2 hours)

The initial consultation begins a few days to a week before we meet with a pre-consultation questionnaire and a dietary recall of your usual eating habits (free)

  • During the initial consultation we will chat about your pre-consultation questionnaire. We will also look at your current diet and lifestyle, any health concerns you have and your goals. Depending on your needs I will work with you to make recommendations about your calorie and macro/ micro-nutrient intake. If you want I can also perform anthropometric measurements to help keep you on track
  • I will advise you about healthy eating and provide you with specific advice and support to achieve your personal goals
  • I will provide you with the knowledge and tools to improve your health
  • I also offer 2-3 follow up calls to review your progress, make any necessary adjustments and help you to keep working towards your goals

    Follow up consultation (½ hour) recommended

  • Discussion of dietary changes made
  • Discussion of personal goals
  • Report on measurements
  • Diet analysis report
  • Further anthropometric measurements

    Corporate/ School/ Community package

  • Choice of 1-4 educational presentations or a presentation adapted  to suit your needs
  • Optional measurements and analysis of workforce/ group health status
  • Optional follow up and support

    Dietary analysis (food intake/ week)

  • Analysis and advice on your weekly diet only

    Shopping tour/ label reading (1-1 ½ hours)

  • Learn how to make healthier food choices
  • Learn how to read food labels when shopping

Recipe  Swap (per 10 recipes)

  • Learn how to make your favourite recipes healthier

    Pantry Overhaul (1-1 ½ hours)

  • Look at problem areas in your pantry and learn about choosing healthier alternatives

Cooking Classes

  • Would you like to learn how to incorporate more vegetables into your daily diet or other aspects of a healthy diet?  Get a group together and I will design a cooking class to suit your needs

Nutrition Expertise

As a qualified Nutritionist, I am available to contribute to your magazine or blog, offer advise on menus or to represent your product.  Eat2live can provide reputable, science based, original & engaging material to suit your needs.
